2. Don’t know if you know who Timothy Holmseth is. He’s a journalist/reporter who exposed the Epstein trafficking ring. He had said several years ago not to trust Timothy Ballard. Tim Holmseth said that those “rescuing “ trafficked children are usually the traffickers.

   Any time an organization (or a powerful man) is averse to accountability, my spidey senses go up.

   When sound of freedom was in the news I remember hearing some concerning things about Tim Ballard. But even asking about it or trying to get info would cause people to say, “You just hate kids!” Or worse.

   Right now there are well-meaning people saying that the Daybell case has nothing to do with Mormonism. To me this is like saying the Priest-child abu$e scandal of a few years ago had nothing to do with the Catholic Church.

   I can believe that most members of a faith (LDS, Catholic, etc.) are genuine, faithful people while also demanding that those in positions of power need to be held accountable.

   IMO we do not get the Daybell case, or the Tim Ballard scandal, or even the Ruby Franke/Jodi Hildebrandt case, without Mormonism. Leadership has either tolerated or ignored growing fringe groups where dangerous ideas are forming. Early LDS teachings are being revived. Simply saying they aren't current doctrine isn't enough. LDS members were encouraged early on not to talk about the Daybell case. Why?

   Jodi Hildebrandt was meeting with and being recommended by top church leaders until her arrest last year. why?

   Tim Ballard had connections with Russel M Ballard and was in line for church and political power… while his immoral actions were known. Why?

   Megan Connor has a great video following the funds of the LDS church and where they end up.
