1. Got here late and rewound to watch the hearing, and then you were done, so this might have already been suggested, BUT~~ write your impact statement out. Write it out as if you were going to read it in court. Then send it as a letter to the editor of East Idaho News, &/or any other local newspaper. Maybe you'll want to preface it as an example of why the law must change in Idaho. Just a suggestion. But do write it out, just like you were going to read it right to Lorihor herself!! Then publish it everywhere you think it will be seen or heard and maybe you'll get someone's attention to change the law defining "victim". 🙂

14. First how dare Archibald and Thomas go to court to protest Tammy's aunts statement. Yes we need defense attorney's to do their job but this is another level of cruelty.
    Secondly WTF Kresha did your Mom have to give a written statement to the court?? I had no idea the lawyers get to read them ahead of sentencing. Jesus Christ that really bothers me. You and Larry need to get your victim impact statements on the front page of Tuesdays Rexburg newspaper. Whatever that bitch gets on Monday will be front page news the next day.
