3. I live in Boise, a fair number of LDS people…. I can conclusively say these nut jobs have hijacked the LDS faith. They are intentionally trying to "look LDS" so they can continue selling their books, energy sessions, etc. Whatever else crap they are trying to sell. I hope good LDS people are seeing through it!!! Hope LDS peeps like Brandon become more vocal. THIS is sick!

7. Kresha, I am so blown away watching you be so vulnerable and speaking so eloquently. I want to let you know that what you have explained is very similar to what I have reasoned also. (This is why I find the LDS doctrine very dangerous .. it is fertile breeding ground for this type of ‘like mindedness’.) They are members who ‘influence’ other members within their religion to give them money in support of their ‘missions’ .. think Julie Rowe and of course Chad & his books. The prepper movements make money with their seminars .. ugh. Yes, Kresha, it is a horrible lense to see the world through.

   Honestly, this is why I AM so so angry at that woman for promising to take care of that baby JJ and turn around and rationalize taking his innocent life, all the while believing she is an exulted being. It disgusts me.

   I wonder also, I wonder why Charles’ bishop didn’t stand beside him and support him more firmly. Why didn’t he speak to the police in support of Charles? Is it because of how the church discourages it’s leaders from speaking to police?

   I share your concerns Kresha. I am here for you in spirit and of course I pray for you and your family.

8. I was thinking about what you said about why Chad didn't want to divorce. In his fantasy, he was great and predestined to become greater. He fed the instructions to crazed Lori…and the murder of Charles should have shook him into reality. But the adoration and financial promises made him move forward. I don't doubt there is demonic presence…only because I've seen it in average church ladies (two of whom got away with murder.) But always Chad and Lori could choose right or wrong. I'm sure your work will interrupt some others from going too far in their quest for fame and glory. The fantasy game must be stopped while it's still in their daydreams. Uncovering the foundational doctrines that CAN lead to destruction is so very valuable. I hope it can be gotten into the understanding of those who need it. Since the indoctrination is cradle to grave, every day, the church leaders must do something as well. They must.

11. I have an idea. What if a prominent Mormon were to publish a book organizing the various "cults" within LDS. I might be titled "Misunderstandings to Avoid." You could provide the misleading doctrines and get a RE-INTERPRETATION from someone LDS members would be willing to read. It also might give church leaders an opportunity to devise a way OUT. (just a thought)

Also, I’ve always wondered what he meant by “people in the know” know who Lori was. His police interview was so brief and didn’t go deep into any of these concepts. Why is that?

I found these interviews even more enlightening regarding how the Mormon psyche develops .. Kirk Strong taught at BYU and Karen served a mission & was very black/white with her perception of the ‘gospel’ .. these two have ‘old school’ Mormon values .. those I recognize from my childhood.

You have put so much research into this Kresha, it's all coming together slowly but surely….I think they used the word " Zombie" to distance themselves morally from murdering….It was easy for them to pray that a "Zombie " would die, or could be killed ….I agree that Joe Ryan was a victim of Lories, and she would have gotten his insurance money…I love the way you call Jason's son, your bonus son, that's so sweet and generous, he is lucky to have a bonus mother with such a big heart, full of love and companion….I am beginning to think that the Church is playing a big part in this Case and, they would have been aware of the Cox family members, their disfunctionable family, and the fact that Alex was excommunicated etc… Thankyou Kresha and regards from Ireland 🇮🇪 💚💜💙🧡💜💙

21. Kresha you are an amazing woman. I truly appreciate all you do with these deep dives into the groups and such. I have tried to listen to some of the podcasts and I find myself getting way too upset, because I can understand how and why someone who is lost could get caught up into this just for a sense of belonging to "something bigger" or "acceptance". Religion… probably most of them..can be both comforting and awful. Comforting in that you are doing something to worship and praise God. Awful, because we are all human and have emotions and are not perfect so if you have even a stray thought you feel like you are unworthy and a terrible person.
    I agree with what you said regarding Chad. He cannot get divorced which is why Tammy had to die. I didn't know he was considered a priest in the LDS religion and that's why. Now that he has been excommunicated, did he lose that priesthood and can now get divorced? Can the Church say that he was fooled by a korihor (Lori) and therefore it's okay now? So many questions, yet not sure if I can handle the answers without wanting to scream. I personally cannot…I cannot believe that if someone is a good person yet doesn't believe in a particular God that they are going to burn for eternity. I don't believe if you don't live your life a certain way, procreate, and give money to a church, that you are going to go to hell. Sigh….I can't formulate my words to get my point across. Just know that I appreciate you doing this, and I find it fascinating and maddening at the same time. I also love how you share parts of your life with us 🙂. Keep being your amazing self.
