33. Conspiracy is difficult to convict because it means different things to different people. Some people really need to see hard evidence of a conspiracy which is rare to find. The juror’s position was not terribly uncommon. He got to the right answer. Unfortunately, if Lori had a good defense atty, she could have been acquitted. She provided little to no roadblocks for the prosecutor.
