Did you ever see the document that Brandon filed with family court saying that Melanie Gibb would testify on his behhalf. (Melani had spent the week before Brandon's shooting in HI.) After the shooting, Melani called MG and told her, "The plan had failed." But, to the best of my knowledge, Melani didn't show for the hearing. The implication is that MB had promised Lori and Chad some portion of her inheritance. The shooting would have occurred before settlement on her house. Even more $$$ in addition to 100% of all assets. Brandon must have had a hugely forgiving heart. I wouldn't want my kids raised under MB's heartless and foolish influence. It wouldn't be mean, it would be wise. MG probably can't testify now, right? Hearsay?
