The only thing we can take comfort in it’s most likely this man won’t be getting out of jail anytime soon with all else he’s charged with! I was listening to Scott Reisch today and remember him saying it could change if they find more evidence down the road to make the charges stick and hoping that really happens after it was clear he helped rid 2 of your beloved family members!

15. Well it appears the Grand Jury wanted to Indict Chad on murder charges. Apparently they felt there was enough evidence to convict him, even if the Maricopa County Attorneys Office disagrees. And I absolutely believe Chad is also responsible for Charles' murder, without a doubt!! It was him who said they couldn't divorce their spouses, they needed to die. And it was Chad Daybell who told Lori Charles was a zombie – which was a crock of 💩. They both knew what they were doing and their actions are egregiously wrong!!! I hope Chad gets his consequences from Idaho, and Lori too. Then I hope Lori gets her consequences from Arizona. And then I hope they get their consequences from God! There is no justification for what they did!!

18. Random thoughts: Don't ever forget that justice is on a budget. Rob Wood better make sure they are convicted for the childrens' murder. Charles should have NEVER walked into that house. He was a grown man, knew exactly what was going on. (I think charging Lolo is a tactic to make sure she's in jail, or the mental instituion forever; they have less faith than I do in Rob.) The LDS church wants this to GO away.

    That would explain why she is considered incompetent. It’s not normal .
    I know there’s an emphasis on money as the true motive & it certainly plays a big part , but Lori seemed to have a pretty luxurious lifestyle with Charles.
    Chad Daybell didn’t have much to offer , but he fed into Lori’s need to be worshipped, literally.
    To be the leader of the 144,000 was heady stuff for Lori, but she didn’t want to give up her lifestyle to do it. That’s where these beliefs & the money component collide , IMO.

23. Lori looked up social security benefits for surviving child (JJ) prior to Charles murder. She and Chad texted about how she was not on Charles life insurance policy but she would still get 4K for JJ a month from Charles murder. Not enough to charge Chad. I don’t see how not. I hope every day and night that Chad and Lori have is filled with absolute misery. I know it’s not nice to think that way but they caused so much death, destruction and misery. And their minions that helped them. Life is so unfair.

26. How do these newscasters report things like, "he died of natural causes" with a straight face!? They said, self defense when they murdered Charles. Then they said natural causes when they murdered Tammy Daybell. Now this newscaster says "natural causes" with a straight 😑 face. Seriously, why continue to insult everyone's intelligence? 27. Kresha, I am thrilled that there will be justice for Charles, however, Chad definitely was behind this as well, in my opinion. He gave the ratings wether a person was Light or Dark and gave the names of the Demonic spirit who took over their body. I know all of us who passionately follow this case know this stuff, so I am just venting.

I kept trying to tell everyone these charges were coming — and I do believe there's more to come given Maricopa County stating they were investigating both Lori & Chad for conspiracy AND first degree — not just conspiracy — when they first announced the investigation. Chad's headed to trial in Rexburg first, and a lot more's gonna come out that'll very likely help AZ gather enough to bring his charge(s) before a grand jury & likely indicate Lori on 1st degree as well. This is just the first step. A glorious first step!

    This messy Fremont County case under Rob Wood initially only charged them with petty felonies for almost a solid year before filing any homicide charges. At least Maricopa's extremely experienced in these types of cases with a very high conviction rate, and AZ actually sentences people to death unlike Idaho, which only has 8 people TOTAL sitting on death row. After the current trial & sentencing, Lori will be extradited to Arizona and interrogated by police for the first time about the death of Charles Vallow. Prosecutors made it clear last year they had no plans to travel to Madison County jail to question her, and many took that as a cop out. I tried to emphasize what investigators told the Media (likely reported by Justin Lum) — that a prosecutor was assigned, which means charges are coming. The investigator stated clear as day that they were looking at both Lori AND Chad. They're likely still uncovering this insanely complex case, and can't do much until the current trial & sentencing wrap. Lori & Chad's use of multiple burner phones likely makes it harder to directly implicate Chad. Given that Lori was in Rexburg when Tammy was murdered, and Lori used Charles's email to write a fake email to Chad pretending to be a fan of his books, inviting him to stay at their house, it's quite possible Chad was crazy enough to actually be in Chandler when Charles was killed.

    Chad was a frequent secret guest at Charles's house while he traveled for work, and Melanie Gibb and all the crazies would come over and lead "meetings." It was Chad who told Lori she's not allowed to divorce Charles, that he'd been taken over by "evil Ned Schneider," that they were married in many past lives, had a binding ceremony (i.e. marriage ritual) at her LDS church (by Bishop Gabe IIRC — same dude who gave "marriage counseling" to Lori & Charles AND told the LDS cops at Chandler PD she didn't need a psych eval, accusing Charles of trying to control her), and everyone who was ever close to Charles and/or Lori have attested in detail to Lori's dramatic personality change right when she started her affair with Chad; unbeknownst to them until they eloped in Kauai. While somewhat circumstantial for now, this all proves Chad was 100% involved in creating motive — which implicates him in conspiracy to commit murder. No Chad = Charles would still be alive. Prosecutors haven't even formally "interview" Lori or Chad yet, let alone all parties involved. Idk how disclosure works between police depts, but I'd assume Fremont/Madison County can't risk sharing case files with another jurisdiction in the midst of trial due to caseload & risk of leaks tainting trial.

    Arizona also has jurisdiction over most Melanie Gibb's involvement, since there's likely not much hard evidence making her an accessory to JJ & Tylee's deaths (yet), other than obstruction of justice — which was committed in Arizona when she lied to police about their whereabouts for 2 weeks. She very specifically lied about her timeline in Rexburg, right after they were killed, proving she knew exactly when it went down & nullifying her "alibi," plus she admitted on a recorded call to knowing they were dead. In Charles's case, she aided Lori in the "shock & awe" campaign right before he died by helping Lori steal & hide his car, changing locks on house, moving kids & Lori to hotel, ran interference with police on psych eval & recruited AVOW buddy ex-cop Jason Maw to poison LDS police & former-colleagues against Charles during his reports (female cop in bodycam footage admits to being LDS), and much more we have yet to learn.
    So here's hoping that if Wood refuses to go after Gibb — Maricopa does instead! She was instrumental in breaking Charles, introduced Lori & Chad (over a yr earlier than the official narrative), pretended to be friendly with Charles while she used AVOW/PAP meetings at his house as cover for Chad to stay over and get with Lori. For all we know, Chad could've been staying with Melanie when Charles was killed. Simultaneously Melanie was having an affair with David Warwick, who was also married. They also had a shotgun wedding during preliminary, trying to get some of that Spousal Privilege protection…

    Trust that things can only get infinitely worse for Chad, and hopefully more of those directly involved go down. If they're not 100% being honest with prosecutors, directly aiding in their conviction; these perps are not "witnesses" and need to face justice. Melanie already put the entire trial in jeopardy as Wood's "star witness," caught in so many lies in light cross-examination. She was always way higher-up in the cult than Lori ever was. It was Melanie's podcast, Melanie's group, Chad was Melanie's friend, Melanie radicalized Lori in her class at their LDS church. Melanie admitted to calling JJ a "zombie" to Lori multiple times in her 3 hour interview with East Idaho News. Her Podcast places her in Rexburg on Sept 16th at the latest, while she tells the court & media she didn't arrive til Sept 19th, and stresses how her & David left the morning of the 22nd. She reiterates that they left that morning over & over again. That's the day JJ was killed. She was staying in Tylee's bedroom & knew Tylee wasn't "away at college" at 16… And even went for a walk with Chad & Lori at BYU-I. This is already crazy long but I will repeat my theory that Tylee died much later than police believe. Given when JJ's new babysitter was hired to "replace" Tylee, the fact that it's impossible they killed her at Yellowstone park then somehow took her body all the way to Chad's backyard (thus the date of her last iCloud photo isn't evidence of the day she died), and Chad's text to Tammy about "burning a raccoon" in their pet cemetery was likely to condition her to not ask questions when the real thing actually went down. Based on their behavior the day before they killed JJ, it's very likely Tylee was actually killed closer to Sept 18th

    I know I'm prob preaching to the choir on your channel, but hopefully I've given a nugget of info to others reading the comments. I do just want to ask that you look at the alleged email "Charles" sent divorce attorney Taylor Larson. It came from a Gmail account. Charles only used iCloud for email. The "LOVE ALWAYS WINS!" email calling off the divorce was sent by Lori, pretending to be Charles. It took some digging, since the media reported on this fake Gmail acct, then reported on the email to Taylor separately not bothering to connect the dots. I posted evidence about this on the r/LoriVallow sub a few months ago. Def search the sub, there was really good discussion about it. I say this because I noticed your bio right away. There's also an alleged connection between Zulema and the Love Has Won cult, which also believes in the 144,000 & similar doctrine. When I first learned of this cult, Lori's email impersonating Charles saying "Love always wins," popped into my head and I can't stop seeing a connection between the two… Even if only in cryptic reference.

    May justice be served for your family no matter how long it takes. Your family's advocacy for Charles is why this happened ❤️

33. This needed to happen and I'm so glad it did. It will be interesting to see now who all is actually involved. With more info about Charles and the texts prior to Alex' death there will definitely be more involved. Let the chips fall where they may. I truly believe zulema and melanie polowsky and julie rowe will show a significant involvement. And probably David and melanie gibb too. They were there doing a podcast when j.j. was killed by alex.
    I only wish alex was still here to get his earthly reward…a nice long prison sentence…he took the easy way out. He maybe even killed himself because he knew it was all going down soon…a self administered dose of whatever they used to kill Tammy? Its possible.

    It's good to see you have kept your sense of humor……I can only imagine how hard that is these days…
    Keeping your family in my thoughts, I don't pray I'm agnostic…..but I also believe people should have the freedom to believe as they wish,as long those beliefs hurt no one……did a deep dive on LDS a few years ago…..I found alot of family hurt, racism, discrimination and misogyny beliefs.
    I really have an issue with "The God of lost Keys"….I also have to ask, where was God,when those poor children were being killed, much less ,Charles, Tammy, and possibly more. Did He not hear their payers and requests for help,safety,protection??
    But my heart does hurt for your family, hopefully you all may heal from this one day.
