  30. Here's the thing: We all know that Melaniece was balls deep in the conspiracy to murder Brandon, however, LE needs what is called probable cause to charge her with anything. Probable cause is a legal standard that requires a reasonable belief, supported by facts and circumstances, that a crime has been committed or is being committed. You cannot get a warrant for an arrest without it.Obviously, Melaniece gave Alex Brandon's new address, but there's no actual proof of that. It's all speculation.
