12. I'm confused. This call is between February 15th and March 15th. Charles puts a password on his account. Then when he calls a couple months later he says he doesn't know the password and has never had a password. The insurance company says that a password was placed on February 20th. Am I missing something?

13. What a man, what a provider and good human. Cult mom mess up a good thing. He knew he was in danger He was not helped. Damn let the man move on with his life. Killing people for insurance is not God plans for us. That's being christian. Hmmm no!
