1. Annie is a truth teller, and that is a lonely business, though someone has to do it! I deeply respect her. 💯 percent. I too believe Joseph Ryan's death should be investigated, and also is name cleared. Support, compassion ❤ and love for Annie would be nice eventually as all victims move ahead with their lives and grieving.

4. I pray for Annie. She has the right to bring up her concerns about the passing of her brother and possibility of the details being kept quiet to protect others. Not throwing stone, just understanding where she is coming from. I’m curious How many of the “victims” now have podcasts or YouTube channels as a result of these crimes? Just asking…

5. I was an avid follower of A murderous heart until I sensed Annie becoming somewhat off. Speaking down on other victims. Just the way she dissed Colby. Are you kidding me? He was a child!!! I had made a comment and she lashed right back. You owe her no response. It's unfortunate.

11. I have a very hard time listening to Kresha make her point. I don't say that with disrespect, i think it's a regional difference in expressing oneself. I am still unclear to exactly went on with Annie, real specifics. Am I the only one? I am trying to focus on just the title of this stream. Of course, I always listen to Kay and Larry and God knows what the entire family went thru. But I am trying to delve into the Annie story and I'm a little lost on THOSE details. Maybe someone knows a video or article?

12. 100% about the docs don’t show everything about the investigation. Annie is throwing shade over a lot of the family victims. Shame on her for that. She should know better. I unsubscribed from her channel as lack of information she could not find only meant that certain family members were involved like Adam which was a massive reach. She didn’t have all of adams and Charles text messages so she concluded because she didn’t have adams text messages then Adam didn’t text Charles after the shooting to see what happened which meant to Annie, adam was aware of Lori’s and Alex’s plan to murder Charles which is a massive reach and awfully slanderous. She made out Colby is money hungry and now it seems she is trying to throw shade on Kay and Larry. I think Annie has some real anger issues and I hope she gets the help that she needs. Also hope her subscribers don’t take what she says as gospel. She doesn’t have all the information and yes she is crossing personal boundaries.

Everything in this investigation is documented and it's easy to go back and find when things that were said and done and not done and to blatantly call out AC is just wrong she too is a victim and we all know why Charles changed his beneficiary and who it was meant for and didnt he treat Colby as his own son too? When you put yourself out there in front of the media your going to get called out when there are discrepancies but for Larry to say its all ACs fault is just not cool

17. I love Kay and Larry and do not have anything against her daughter. But PLEASE, ask her to learn to allow other people to speak.

    I swear I have tried to watch this 4 or 5 times in the past months because I want to know what Kay has to say about this whole matter but OMG , I just cannot take all her interruptions and , talk over, comments, giggles and random run offs .

    I mean please , hasn’t anyone ever told her she really needs to work on that ? Honestly, it’s been torture to just through the first 20 minutes.

21. I don’t know Annie’s intent. It’s wrong. I think the she is creating fake news to get subscribers . I was really disgusted by some of the allegations that she has made. Kay and Larry have done nothing wrong. They have been championing the rights of the victims and care deeply for those lost (Charles is her rather, JJ is her grandson). They have been gracious and caring about the loss of Tylee and Tammy as well. I am glad that Chad and Lori are incarcerated where they belong. God bless you Kay, Larry, and family!

I do think its sad the way shes said things, however, she has the right to prove her brother didnt molest tylee and colby..or that if he did, Lori was complicit in not doing anything about it until it benefited her. To me its more likely colby lied for his mother at a young age. She made some very valid points regarding all of that. Would you not do the same if your brother was being drug thru the mudd? And then the first of 5 victims that even after everything else is still being made to be the villan?

24. I've been going back and watching videos that I've never seen before. I can totally see both sides. While watch Annie's videos, I appreciate her ability to really dig in I can also can poke holes and see fallacies. I give her grace because, as of now she may never get a resolution to Joe's death. 25. I don’t know if you see your comments months after, but I loved this. I already have the highest possible opinion of Kay and Larry, and didn’t think I could love them more, but to see the way they responded to Annie’s comments here… they are so wonderful. I’ve followed this case for a long time, so it’s hard for me to remember exactly when, but a while ago, I heard Kay talking about finding out they needed to take JJ or he would be discharged from the NICU and placed in foster care. She talked about how this tiny baby would cry so hard and she would cry right along with him. And she said something like this— “Larry took him from me and put JJ inside his robe, against his heart, and I fell more deeply in love with my 60 (+/-) year old husband as I watched him calm that baby…” I can’t even explain how much that connected me to Kay, because I too have a husband with an extremely generous heart. We’ve been together 38 years, married 35, and he’s not an extrovert like Larry, but there have definitely been times when I fell more deeply in love with my husband from watching the way he loves and takes care of people. I had never heard before watching this that you all say “Love always wins,” and that Charles believed this too, and it’s so interesting to me because this case has definitely shown some of the worst things that humans are capable of, but the big takeaway for me has been the goodness of people. I watch a lot of true crime, and have never seen anything like it—everyone involved with this case— law enforcement, court officers and personnel, the prosecutors, jury members, and Judge Boyce, the journalists and “podcast people,” and the living victims… the family members whose lives have been changed forever… all these wonderful people have shown so much grace and have reached toward each other with love. To see, toward the end of Chad’s trial, how everyone (especially Larry, and then Aunt Vicki and the rest of Tammy’s wonderful family) how they embraced Colby and his wife… Colby has had my heart from the beginning, maybe because he’s about the age of my oldest son. He’s been a great witness for both trials, and I’m sure he will testify in the Arizona trial for Charles. I also saw him, toward the end of one of the documentaries (Sins of our Mother?) speak about Charles, and how he considers Charles to be his dad, because Charles was the person who taught him how to walk through the world as a good man. When I try to explain how this happened, I don’t really have the words, but I think it started with Kay and Larry 💜

26. I remember being so elated that Charles took Lori off his insurance just in time. I think we all assumed Kay would do right by being the recipient. None of us were there when she and Charles discussed what his wishes were. We can only go by what Kay says. Does anyone really believe that Charles would expect Kay to keep half a million for herself with the devastating outcome that JJ was dead? Kay knows that Charles intended that money to go for the care and upbringing of JJ. Unfortunately, many of us who felt so bad for Kay and Larry and still do are disappointed that Kay didn't give mist of the money to Charles 2 son's since JJ was no longer here. I was shocked if it's it's true. Unfortunately money does this to people. It just doesn't sit right. It's about character not about who's name was listed as beneficiary. I hope it's not true!

29. I am so glad to have this discussion. I was so offended by A Murderous Heart but could not find anything about it. I want to like her show but I don't trust anything from her now. Anyway…I found this on YouTube and I am glad. I am protective of you guys.

34. I am so late to this but am so angry. I just started listening to Annie and today went back through her videos after she said something recently that I strongly disagreed with during Loris Arizona trial. I just saw her video about Kay, Larry, and Colby and felt sick. I dont care how upset you are at Lori, Chad, and Alex, but to smear the only people that were even looking for the kids was disgusting. I am so sorry this was another thing you all had to deal with.
