12. The prosecution can call anyone, some will be classified as hostile, which (according to what I’ve read) changes the way the witness can be questioned. A witness is then allowed to be asked leading questions without the opposition objecting. Being called a Hostile witness CAN indicate the witness has given false or conflicting statements. Which could apply to most of these folks.

16. At 1:05 on the discussion of Tammy, it kind of hit me again that Tammy seemed like a truly good woman. She appeared to be a great wife, mother, homemaker, employee, and church member. It’s such a shame that they took her life. The ultimate violation. Charles and Ryan seemed to be very good men. It seems to me that any woman would be grateful to have such good men for a husband. Yet this evil woman didn’t appreciate her men (men, plural🙄), and made sure that no one else would appreciate them either. I think my favorite part in this tragedy is that Lori didn’t get his life insurance payout. But back to Tammy, the world lost a light when she was snuffed out. How tragic. How sad. And those five children and the grand children will never see her smiling face again. I feel like crying for these victims. May justice be served. I pray Lori and Chad get the death penalty. The death penalty is commanded in scripture, and since these people claim such religiosity, it is the most fitting justice.

35. Neither the church nor the Temple teach this. The church teaches preparing but they have always taught to be prepared in case of emergency like job loss or illness ect. The temple does not teach they practice ordinances like baptism, wedding, and sealings.

36. Melanie cannot be sealed twice. The church does not seal twice. You can be divorced but you stay sealed unless you petition church to be unsealed but you have to have both spouses petition. That would mean Brandon would have to agree to be unsealed to his children too. I don't believe he will do that.

39. There is something wrong when two people meet or are joined together within 2 weeks of meeting. There is no way of knowing a person well enough to know if they are some sick twisted person or not. I have Mormon cousins and they knew their girlfriends 1 to 1/2 years before they were married. This fall in lust, fall into bed and then marry the next day is appalling. This is not the learning of the Mormon Church.
