This exclusionary rule is a big problem. If a witness has testimomy that can hang his father (or her aunt,) all he/she has to do is hear a podcast and justuce is not served.
David does sound sick, but he also sounds like a guy on the verge of early senility. Hearing loss is an indicator if there arent other causes like exposure to very loud noise.
Great live, Kresha! When Lindsay Blake said she was concerned about witnesses INTENTIONALLY watching coverage to avoid participating, I immediately thought about Melanie P/B! I really believe she tried to get out of testifying in Lori’s trial. Both Melanies are the co-conspirators who bother me the most… I’d forgotten about David W… cowards
