Besides our "normal " trauma's or events we face in our lives , and try to work through , you have like a bucket of stress-cement thrown at you these past years . I believe that our bodies react later or immidiately but a physical reaction occurs for sure. Each human is different ofc. and also deals with a cluster F like this differently . 12. My goodness JK and Tylee are such gorgeous children. What treasures they were. Just thrown away like trash. Just Evil. We have two beautiful teenage granddaughters and a beautiful grandson. The girls live with us as we consider ourselves lucky. We just had our Grandson for 3 days . We only were asked to mind him for one night but they are everything to us. The joy and love that they bring is beyond riches!

    This came into my recommended. (I’ve never heard of him.) You and him are the only ones who speak of “folly of two.” He spoke of Tylee acting like LVDs handler.
    He speaks of “perfection”. It’s in LSD doctrine. (The deceased are STILL working?) That’s where more mans who speak about her, almost always falls flat to me – the nature of being THAT driven. LVD took it to the natural conclusion. LVDs family are doing the LSD hustle. I’ve seen that “opportunism”…and “driven-ness” first hand 1000 times, being in AZ. I mean, sometimes they will stomp on people to “super achieve” their goals. And sometimes commit very bizarre crimes in the process. Scott Reisch would cringe.
    Question: Has anyone looked into “Community Bridges” – who supposedly psychologically evaluated LVD ? Any particular affiliation?…to put the brakes on things?…kinda like a certain help line in SLC?

My emotional brain wants these monsters to suffer horribly for what they have done, but my logical brain understands that we live in a deterministic world, and it is not the fault of monsters, that they are what they are. The question then becomes: How do we prevent future monsters, from acting out? Did the brutal punishments of the Nuremberg trials really change anything in the world? What will deter such clumsy killers as the Daybells? Perhaps someday we will all have robot body-guards that can protect all of us from our fellow monsters.

    I suppose hindsight is 20-20, but I can't help thinking that if the police had not fumbled the investigation of Lori's husband's shooting, the other victims might still be alive today. The stories Alex and Lori gave to police, were so obviously conflicting, I can't see how they were not more suspicious of the self-defense claim.
