Someone buying for Chad's children?
I hope the "memorial" is a community viewing of the house being demolished. Then, the remaining land is sold to neighbors, and the proceeds go to the families of the kids and Tammy. It is still pending. I imagine it is someone who is taking out a loan because closing doesn't take long for people who pay cash (which leads me to think it is not some wealthy person). Anyone can get an LLC to stay private, and it doesn't cost much.
The house is a dump, make it into a park, a memorial ,etc

It's a large property. It may not be large to an Idahoan, but to someone from NYC, it is. I've been trying to think WHAT could be placed there that would obviously have a monetary advantage for Prior, but also be respectful. Frankly, I can't think of anything. I've thought complete annihilation for the memories, which is offensive to US, but since I feel the Chad Daybell family has no scruples, they wouldn't care. Then, I thought a memorial park, but even THAT seems creepy…kids playing where other kids were massacred. If it was any other area but Rexburg, where TOO MANY PEOPLE turned a blind eye to Chad, his teachings, his books, his BS, I'd say maybe a community center that helps with Psychological problems/abuse/a women's center…but I can't fathom anything bc I'm still so angry at the Church Elder's where the Daybell's attended. They still haven't done a thing to uphold Tammy's memory and we know how the Daybell kids destroyed (attempted to portray) their own mother. I can't comprehend THAT church doing anything right at this point. I mean, look at Heather Daybell…she hasn't been able to attend church bc of how dismissive the "Elder's" were and the subsequent horrific aftermath.
All I know is Prior supposedly owns the property, correct? So if that's true, he's going want MONEY.

WOW!! I had so much respect for certain UTUBERS!! Totally made me spit coffee with your comments. Someone who kows the buyers have already made an update to certain Utubers sharing the wrong tea. Was that you guys?? If anyone had it right it was Dr John. Someone wanted the house for a murder location but thankfully people bought the property for a Memorial park. The house is suppose to be torn down. The Day bells were still in the home until recently. Whatever happened to if you can't say something nice keep your mouth shut??? Why didn't y'all buy the property.. Oh right that takes money. Being cruel is free!!

I don’t understand why you are upset. Prior was going to sell it to someone. Whether it not we like Prior this was his fee for representing Chad. He was going to sell it to someone, and this seems like the the best possible outcome. Why are you assuming the worst when the info put out so far sounds promising? Let’s give the buyer time to work out the details and contact the families. I hate to criticize someone who is trying to do good for the community!!!!

I believe the intention is positive. Whether or not your family decides to participate is entirely up to y’all! The community where the crimes occurred needs healing also, and an open space for that neighborhood could help. Otherwise that property was already drawing negative attention and I am sure that doesn’t help anyone. 💜🩵🌹
They did suspect there might still be some of Tylee on the property.

I am just shocked to the core that folks aren't grateful that someone is saying up front that this will be a memorial. And IMO was waiting to try to do something good, and didn't have time before allllllllllllllllll the YT'ers are out for BLOOD immediately, and others, that they have yet to contact the family. IMO, someone didn't want to discuss as it wasn't final. IMO they didn't need to "out" their identity to the family yet, and wanted to get things set up. And as a result of their VERY VERY generous actions which they thought they would do to benefit and do good, is being railed against by sooooooooooooooooooooooooo many supporters for JJ, Tylee and Tammy. I just hate this platform and X when chit like this happens. The wealthy person who wanted to do good is being slammed, folks are trying to out the person(s) etc is beyond the pale for me. For reasons many here understand, Secret Santa / East Idaho News tries to do good, and then this chaos ensues…. I'm just floored. Just shocked that folks cannot come to their FIRST conclusion as to THANK the person, as this is what EVERYONE EVERYONE asked for as to sale to demolish the house #1.. and moving forward takes MUCH time for what it will be and who will fund what it becomes longer term. If I was the person…. I myself would be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pissed that that families and the YT'ers and their followers are coming out AGAINST this person. I'm sure they are stronger than I, but I feel like this is being slammed for a reason I just don't understand as it makes NO SENSE to me. Perhaps others can explain. And not contacting the families PRIOR to closing… ummm, duh. How could the PLANS be made if that person didn't know his bid/closing was final. Yet family and others jumped on this immediately. SMDH SMDH. Please families of JJ, Tylee and Tammy………..please please please please please reconsider slamming this person who IMO has good intentions short and longer term vs. trashing them. I beg of you to consider thanking them, and stating "we appreciate and look forward to working with the purchaser as they said they would work with family"
