  1. So where did they get the FUNDING??????????????????? Sounds like it is a Buddy thing between Him & Prior…. Almost sounded like he said Prior did not do his JOB.🤭🤔🤔🤔 Just adding to my comment…. I think they are trying for "INEFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE of COUNSEL""

  2. I think that it’s unfair to name Frank V and to be suspicious of motives.
The case is over, there is no more legal need to luminal the place.
We will always wonder exactly what happened.
It makes sense that any purchasers would want to be anonymous.
Any purchaser would be questioned. And anything the new owners did with the land would be questioned. No matter what they did.

  3. East Idaho News was put on the map for the rest of the world with the Daybell case because they followed and investigated. And they did a good job.
That is where I first saw the missing children notice, and I shared it.
But I’m from East Idaho and have appreciated their coverage of local news for years.
For example I learned of a woman’s accidental death on EIN. Then happened to meet this woman’s grieving mother in Canada. I was able to acknowledge her daughter. Not everything is a conspiracy. The West can be a small world.

  4. So here the endless process of appeals starts already.
So Thompson filed a 250 page appeal while claiming to know nothing about the case and judge Boyce calls that BS At least he is not a whiner like John Prior. We got ride of that smelly ole sock

  5. Dang it, my timing is awful.😂
Sorry i missed the live. Right off the bat, the guy behind Mr Thompson needs a size larger shirt🙄.
Poor Judge Boyce is just stuck with this, along with the families, for a long time.
I really wish the prosecutors had dropped the DP so some of this would be gone. Ugh. So sorry, Kresha.♥️✌️🗳️🟦
And Reese’s case needs solved. It’s heinous. And as they said, someone KNOWS.

  6. Poor Christopher Reece and family. I had family friend murdered in a similar manner who owned a Jewellery store. The killer was caught. He changed his name in prison so officers would have to call him "sir". Family friend was wonderful man and his widow is still alive.

  7. Chad refused to change his lawyer, now he wants to say, " My lawyer was stupid". Was this his plan by keeping Prior. This lawyer was served by the judge, when he kept saying he knew nothing about the case but filed a big ass appeal. Chad being a POS making the families suffer.

  8. Kresha Kay Larry everyone hurt and constantly Re traumatized I’m sorry I’m sending so much love 💗 we’re gonna stick by you all through this throughout the years you won’t ever be alone❤

  9. @diffiCULTReseaech,Hello everyone on the awesome re-play crew 🥰,Kresha,So sorry I missed your Livestream, I finally got enough time to catch up (Puppy profing) my humble abode🤗Takes alot of my time away!
…I heard that the Crossroad Park non-profit organization bought the Daybell/Prior property? And have plans to turn it into a place for healing?
And didn't know if they have had the consideration of notifying you and everyone else whose been victimized by the evil acts done by Chad/Lori Daybell! Hope to see everyone on your next Livestream.Until then "Love always Wins!" Stay well my friend 🥰

  10. Gosh if I bump into someone at the grocery store I feel bad and apologize, but Chad and Lori could care less the enormous pain, work and money they have cause everyone. I'd say motion denied! Get on with it, we're done we these 2 murderers!

  11. Who cares if he misses his appeal, I don't. Motion denied. Get on with it already. Stop letting these murderers get a break. I don't think anyone has a doubt !

  12. Concerning the Chris Reece Case, They may need to try getting in Touch somehow someway with Kelly Siegler Who Works on the Show Cold Justice, I've Watched Her and She has Solved Many Crimes along with Help of course, I Hope She is still in Business Solving Crimes….My Heart goes Out to Those Who have Lost Loved Ones and the Case still hasn't been Solved….Much Luck and Blessings to All….🙏💕

  13. There are those who can dish it out – but can't take it.Chad's legal eagles are the only winners cause they make lots of money. At this stage I reckon 'tax payer appointed'.
