5. Lori went from a loving mom to a resentful "babysitter" of her son. Only a matter of time until Mel, Ian and any or all of Melani's children were insured and killed. Did you see Lori or Chad getting a JOB? I didn't. Living high on the hog in HI. Melani already promised a portion of Brandon's insurance. I guess that was Chad's plan for income. Death and destruction.

12. I actually feel sorry for the 9yr old Melani in this one. She was a little girl who lost her mother, and some where along the way this fiend, Lori, took and molded her in her own image!

18. Lori sure does know how to exploit someone’s weaknesses doesn’t she? Although I feel like Melani should be held accountable because she knew what happened/what was going to happen to those children because she had seen with her own eyes what happened to Charles and Brandon, people who had been deemed as “dark” or “zombies.” Lori knows exactly what buttons to push and what she can use to manipulate people. And she seeks out people who are craving some sort of validation. That makes her a PREDATOR.
