7. Leading up to this time that area was not a crime ridden area in MC.. Around the time this happened they probably weren’t well equipped in comparison to MC sheriffs or phoenix PD (more like laziness, people who have money to commit crime stereotype). After this then the teen violence crimes rose in that area too…..and the “Gilbert Goons” story happened. That area HAD to change and learn and improve… after being put on spot for inadequate investigations for homicides.. i will say, when the detectives took the stand you could tell they hinted at the fact things could have been handled differently, more seriously without saying it directly because that would cause issue to what happened after they Arizona…so it was nice to get that feeling, tone in their voice, emotion subtly that they are holding onto that burden of their lack of proactiveness allowed further homicides to occur
