  2. Lori is going to testify when she does her closing statement because nobody will be able to ask her any questions. She’ll just get shut down every time that’ll look bad to the jury too.

  6. Catching up now! I had court myself today, sitting in a boring courtroom but thought about all of you! I missed everything, so closing arguments on Monday! See you there!

  7. I asked the husband about the hooker at lunch time and he said that the jails/prisons send them with a sack lunch. Usually pbj or bologna. Usually a piece of fruit or two for the females but the men get two sandwiches and 2-3 pieces of fruit. But Arizona is alot different than Taterland and Toto and Dorothy land.

  10. I want to know why prosecution didn't point out the fact Lori was wearing black flip flops or sandals in to the shops where she bought replacement flip flops. You can clearly see black ones on her feet on store security camera footage they showed in court. At the register she appears to place them on the ground to put on after clerk cuts tags off and she pushes the black ones under the register counter. Why did she do this? Get rid of evidence? Blood? She lied in her own statement that she was barefoot, but most importantly, why didn't prosecution point it out? It is very damning.
